Bank account won't verify for deposit method

glitch in the ASC Update Deposit Method has prevented me from updating the Deposit Method, no matter how many phone calls a day, open cases, emails, “waiting 24-72 hours” transferring me to different departments. . Valid bank details, letters from bank, then notified "Unable to Verify", no matter how many times I submit. This failure to Verify continues despite updating for the other Amazon country sites (Canada and Mexico) just fine, but we can never get it to update or assign to Amazon USA. dozens of messages back and forth with the front-line Amazon representatives, who never do anything but say " we will send to another department", or copy and paste an completely irrelevant FAQ. 2 months later, and they still haven't fixed something that should literally take 5 minutes. All of the personal and mailing address information has been independently verified, and the Bank Letters (complying fully with the standard 4 checklist requirements) are recognized as correct (e.g. the U.S bank is autofilled from the routing number), but this "glitch" prevents the system from verifying it for Amazon.com. . Does Anyone know how to trigger a Manual review and update of Deposit Methods, the front-line ASC representatives have been useless, and we have not been able to get it escalated to a Department with any understanding or ability to fix the Deposit Method update on Amazon's side.

Connor from Amazon here, I do understand your frustration. I do see you have added your bank and its undergoing verification right now which will be done in 2 days.

Once that has completed if you still have the same issue please respond back here and I will take it further up the chain. Also if you can share any case IDs with me I will greatly appreciate it.
