germany vat business name adress mismatch and fba fees
Amazon stopped selling our fba stocks because our name and address are not the same as German vat certificate. Even though we received a confirmation letter from the German tax office stating that it is not the same due to the abbreviation and corrected our addresses, it is constantly rejected with an automatic response. It seems that the address is checked by a robot, not a human. We cannot remove our FBA stocks from the warehouse and a significant amount of FBA fees are deducted from our credit card every month.

Hello @Seller_4LdipTXDYFKQf,
the name and address in Seller Central and in the official German registry do need to be exactly the same. You say that the German Tax office corrected your address? So please check the exact spelling and details from the current official registry, and put the same information into Seller Central.
To change the tax address in Seller Central go to upper right corner and click on settings > tax settings > VAT calculation settings > click on "fix" next to the rejected DE VAT ID and adjust the address accordingly.
The company name is found under settings > Account info > Business information > Identity Information. If you are a a sole proprietor and your DE VAT ID is registered under your real name, you have to put your company name + your real name here (for Example: Amazon Max Mustermann).
Please do check the page on Comply with German tax obligations for more detailed information on how to resolve the mismatch.
Keep us updated if you were able to resolve the mismatch!
Best,
Emma
