Error on FBA shipment : "ASIN has stranded inventory"
Hello everyone,
I am trying to add one of my ASIN to a FBA shipment but an error message appears : "This product cannot be added to the shipment because the ASIN has stranded inventory, meaning that there is no active offer for this listing".
But the ASIN is active in our inventory and findable on Amazon.com.
Has anyone ever encountered this type of problem?
It is one of my bestsellers and I need to ship units as soon as possible...

Hello @Seller_mw8uoXCModQka I am following up on your question about stranded inventory for your ASIN.
I checked the Case ID and see that the team requested a screenshot and additional information. Is this still an ongoing issue for you, or were you able to resolve the stranded inventory question? I included some links below about this subject.
