Feedback wrongly placed under Seller Feedback instead of Product Review
Hello, I would like to ask for help from a forum moderator to escalate this case to the Feedback Review Team. CASE 11650071282
We received negative feedback saying:
“The picture was smudge not good quality.”
This clearly refers only to the product quality, not to fulfilment, shipping, or customer service.
According to Amazon’s Feedback Removal Policy, this type of comment qualifies as a product review, which should be placed on the product detail page rather than as seller feedback.
We already contacted Seller Support twice, but both times received the same standard response saying it doesn’t violate guidelines.
However, it clearly falls under the removable category:
“The entire feedback comment is a product review.”
Could a moderator please escalate this to the Feedback Review Team for manual evaluation?
