Help rude photos on my listings
RE MY LISTINGS
EVERYTIME OF GO TO LIST A NEW ITEM I UPLOAD MY PHOTOS AND ALL LOOKS GOOD.
BUT THEN WHEN I GO TO THE LISTING THIS IS WHAT IS THERE
OBVIOUSLY I DO NOT WISH MY BRAND TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH ITEMS!!
WHY IS THIS HAPPENING. IVE TRIED GETTING ANSWERS FROM AMAZON BUT ITS BEEN FRUITLESS, DESPITE TRYING FOR 6 WEEKS!!
I CANNOT LIST ANYTHING, AS MY PHOTOS ARE ALWAYS REPLACED WITH THIS SAME ITEM!

Send an email to managingdirector@amazon.co.uk and mark it urgent and ask them to look at it and tell them that this is offensive to you and also to children that might be looking for your product and that immediate action is required.
If it was being sold as the product it is that would be one thing, but when the searchable description is something else these needs attention, it happened to me on a Trolls watch and the image was more offensive.

We took the decision a while ago that if a listing is wrong we delist and sell on other sites.
Unfortunately I don’t have the time or the crayons to tell them anymore.
What is frustrating is when we started years ago used to be easy. Image of invoice, product photo and image of the product code barcode and maybe link to the manufacturer and it will be solved instantly.

Be extra careful when you report a listing that belongs to you. You might be reporting yourself which might impact your ability to sell.
We had an issue last month ourselves with an image on one of our listings. Amazon seller support suggested we report the listing, we did it and the report bounced back to us. We ended up reporting ourselves and now we need to appeal this decision. Guess what, the issue is still not resolved.

This is the best thing about amazon, they make all these policies but are never there to help you get out of them situations. Don’t rely on them, they are not going to help, you might find better answers from ebay customer service these days. LOL
