Listing Violation

In March I had a report of Listing Violation. Amazon does not specify which specific Violation I have made, it only says Product Policy Compliance 1. I am a new on amazon platform and I do not know really where to start. I have contact amazon support a few times but they could not help me with the issue, and last time they actually told me they can not sort the issue. Can you help please?

They sent me a warning as my Account is at risk. But I did not know that there was a duplicate item.

This is what I get. When I click on LISTING VIOLATION below REASON, it appears a list of policy AMAZON uses, but it does not tell me which specific policy I have violated. It is a bit frustating to be honest.

do you have an invoice for this product, did you buy it at an authorized reseller?
If you can prove it was a legitimate product from a legitimate source they could reinstate the page and listing - and remove that “at risk” thing.

For the record, I received a message today about a “deactivated listing”. I checked and saw they deactivated (and deleted the page as well, like in your case) a Funko toy figure. I had applied to sell that brand and was allowed to do so. I had sent invoices and they were accepted (funnily, one of the invoices included this disabled item). I have just written an appeal and resent the invoice with that and other product from the same brand (bought in Italy at an autthorized source… not from some dubious Chinese supplier).

You should just do the same and see what happens.

How did you solve this problem, I encountered the same problem, I can not modify any details, because the previous information has been locked by the Amazon system

My appeal was just accepted after months. The issue was that I created a listing that for Amazon team existed already. That was not true as I sell wines and spirit, and I create a listing for the same wine but with different label being a special edition one. I had to send the image of the label explaining the reason why I created a new one.2
