Refused package, can't refund customer
I shipped a customer a package. Once it reached his country’s customs he decided he didn’t want it and refused it. We received it back. He wants a refund, but doesn’t have the option to request one. I do not have the option to refund him. Please help.

Just go into the order and press refund option. You don’t need a refund request from the buyer.

I’ve had this happen before, very frustrating as you’ve paid the overseas costs, but yes you should just be able to click refund customer without a request. I am not sure whether you are obliged to return the postage costs you have incurred.
