Why is my ASIN 'Search Suppressed'?
Amazon have ‘Search suppressed’ my ASIN below:
Amazon’s message is below, however my image contains no logos, URL’s or copyright info, but it is still suppressed.
Does anyone know what the issue is?

You have text all over the image which is the problem that Amazon Bots (Computer programs) have picked up.
The text should be allowed as it is an accurate representation of your product. However the bots won’t know this and all they can see is loads of text which makes them think it breaks the rules.
You need to submit a new image which the Amazon Bots will find more expectable. You can try rotating the image slightly this often works with text based images. I have put a thin black border around the image and this can work.
Also sometimes a main image taken with a camera sometimes removes the suppression. You have to make sure the background is pure white. You can then put your current image as the second image.
It really is one you need to play about with until you find an image Amazon will accept.
Someone earlier had a similar issue and they contacted Seller Support and the suppression was lifted. You may be able to go down this route but it is not guaranteed to work and it is most likely they will just tell you the image does not comply.

And you can try rotating it by 5 degrees

You have used the word Premium which may be a problem - who knows. I also noted that the poster says “Do not split…” I assume that should be spit
Finally, you mention a version in A2 size but there is no option to order that - just the two in A4
