I am experiencing an ongoing issue with my identity verification and account reactivation process. My account was deactivated due to inactivity and verification issues, and I received an email stating that my verification could not be completed. However, when I attempt to reactivate my account using the provided link, I am redirected to the business information page without any clear instructions or an option to resubmit my verification documents.
I have contacted Seller Support multiple times, but my case keeps getting forwarded to the verification team without resolution. Unfortunately, the verification team continues to send the same generic response, despite me clearly stating that the provided instructions are not working.
I need urgent clarification on the following:
Where and how can I resubmit my verification documents?
If the reactivation link is not functioning as intended, is there an alternative way to complete the process?
Can this issue be escalated to a senior representative who can provide actionable guidance?
I would appreciate a direct response with specific steps to resolve this issue, as the repetitive replies have not helped me progress.
