Help with Buy Box New Seller New Product
I am a new seller. I have listed my items however when viewing through search as a customer no pricing or shipping information is shown. How can I get my product information to show?

Yes but also before that when you type in to the search bar as a customer all you see is the picture and product description other products have price and shipping info below picture.

Information about Buy Box and how to become eligible for it for FBM sellers are available here. There are basically three conditions that have to be met:
- Type of selling account: You must have a Professional selling account. Here’s how you can check your current account type and upgrade, if required.
- Performance Metrics: Your Order Defect Rate, Cancellation Rate, and Late Shipment Rate are metrics that determine eligibility - the better you perform, the higher your chances are of becoming Buy Box eligible. You can see how you are doing on the Account Health page.
- Order volume: In order for Amazon to accurately assess your performance, we require that you have sufficient order volume (which varies among categories).
You also need to be aware that even if you become eligible to win the buy box there is no guarantee that you will win it, even if you are the only seller.
