Shipping to jersey from uk

Hi so I am buying my shipping through Amazon and sending tracked as they requested, however today I have had an order from Jersey. I purchased the shipping tracked without realising! How do I now get the customs declaration form?
Does anyone know please, or can I cancel this postage that i have purchased through Amazon and get it vai Royal Mail, then add the tracking to the order?
