Pending trademark for brand registry

Hi all,

Was just wondering if i am able to apply for brand registry, without using Amazon IP Accelerator, when my trademark application is still pending. I am from the UK and read the eligibility criteria for brand registry on amazons website however I can’t workout if only those who apply for trademarks using the IP Accelerator are able to apply for brand registry with a pending trademark application.

I don’t really want to wait 4-6 months to be approved before i can start selling my products but I also don’t have a massive budget to pay the lawyer fees and would would rather just do it myself if possible. The trademark I want hasnt been used by anyone else when i did my checks so should go through fine however i want to cover multiple classes, maybe 3, and the lawyer fees start to add up.

Does anyone know if i will be successful with brand registry if i apply for my trademark by myself?
