SFP Refunds - no notifications
Hi all,
I could not find anything in previous threads so am hoping you can help me.
I have been randomly checking some orders and have noticed that Amazon have refunded a number of SFP orders, all orders are showing as delivered, we have had no communication from the customer to advise of any issues.
I have also checked and there are no emails from amazon to advise a customer has been refunded, nor any return requests or cases, so unless I check every order how am I supposed to know when Amazon have refunded the customers?
When I raised this with Amazon I was told as they are sfp orders they have right to refund, but my argument is how can I keep my account balanced etc if I don’t know orders are being refunded.
I am talking about 30-40 orders in one month that have been refunded that I have received no notification for!
