Default email for case log notifications?
Does anyone know how to change the default email address for case log notifications? See screenshots attached. Whenever we open a case log it’s defaulting to our login email address.
We can manually update the email address when opening a case but I was just wondering if there’s a way we can change the default.
I’ve tried changing the email addresses in the notification settings but none of them seem to change the default email address show when creating a case log.
