Amount Charged by Amazon.fr

Hi everyone,

I need your help/suggestion please:

I received an email on May15, 2023 from Amazon Payments Europe
amazon_te@amazon.fr

Dear seller,

We have charged your credit card ******** for the amount of EUR 3.99 to settle the balance of your Selling on Amazon payment account.

The amount charged to your credit card may be less than the total outstanding amount if you have a credit limit imposed by your bank. We will continue to attempt to charge your credit card every 24 hours until the remaining balance on your account is fully paid.

You can also use the Make Payment feature to settle the balance. To learn more, search for “Make a payment” in Seller Central Help.

You can view your balance at any time by logging into the Payments Report section of your account.

Thank you for selling on Amazon.

I am only doing FBA and only in the United Kingdom, please can someone direct me, to which reports I need to check and how to stop that from happening in the future?

Thanks in advance.

Just go look at the transaction reports for the France site.
If your doing EFN, then you probably have a return there and are being charged for storage.

But it will be in the transactions anyway.
