Prior Refund / Buyer Never Sent item back
Hi Guys
A buyer filed a return for the item 'Being Late' it was an amazon label and dispatched on time.
They was given a Prior Refund but never sent the item back. I got the amount taken from me earlier today and the return closed after them opening the return 22 days ago, but they never posted it back. I spoke to Royal Mail and they have confirmed that the item was not posted.
How do I go about this please?

assuming it’s Amazon who refunded, safe-t claim , though that might not work if it shows the return label having not been used.
If no luck there, was it an a-z claim? In which case you appeal it, then managingdirector@ then its letter before action to amazon
