Buy Box Wins 90% (down). What does this mean?
We are the manufacturer and only seller of our product (that we know of).
We have had teh buy box for a while and recently it has been lower than 100%
What does 90% Buy box mean? Does it mean there is another seller or does it mean a customer has not completed a sale and gone elsewhere? or…?
any assistance appreciated.
Thanks

It’s possible to be the only seller on a listing and Amazon still doesn’t show the buy box on a product - only the “other offers” buying option.
The reasons for not having the buy box are similar to what they would be if you were competing against others for the buy box - look at your pricing, delivery times etc.

there is also another thread on here at the moment which states the the buy box % table is currently broken - most people are currently seeing 0% - including ourselves

What does the percentage mean? There seems to be a lot of confusion.
90% buy box … is someone else selling our product (or pretend to be?)??

Ours is currently showing 1%. It was 100% for most of the week. All own brand, stock still selling, we have every buy box as far as I can tell.
