variations issue error 8572

Hi there,

New in Amazon and already in fire :)

I'm trying to list my product variations. When I add the GTINs it gives me ERROR 8572.

For a week now, I've been trying to prove myself by sending more and more documents.

Does anyone know how to reach out and request a CATEGORY MANAGER REVIEW?

You are joking ! - never heard of such a person, but maybe there is one ?? As a newbie, Amazon really is not the easiest of platforms to sell on, lots of hurdles to jump.

Is your account fully verified yet with green ticks beside everything ? - that may be the issue if not everything verified yet - can take some time, even weeks.

Above post good advice. Amazon's Seller University does have everything you need to know. Link at bottom of your seller homepage under 'Learn'. Amazon does have lots of metrics and policies that you need to keep to stay out of trouble.
