if its a courier that isn’t on the drop down, it means they are not integrated with amazon and therefore you choose ‘other’ and manually enter the name and service and they are exempt from VTR

Interparcel isn’t a courier, it’s a broker. You put in the tracking number from the label of the carrier you chose. We send internationally with them every day using UPS or Parcelfarce.

I copy and paste the tracking number from the shipping label.

If you click “Track my Parcel” on the email it shows delivery status but if you input the GB tracking number into EVRI it is too short

I can’t help re Evri as don’t use them, but just as an example, I use Yodel for some of mine.
Yodel’s own tracking number is YOD******, but that is not recognised by Amazon, and it is the long number under the barcode that is the number that is scanned and has to be entered into the tracking box.
You need to find out exactly which number on the label is the one that is scanned and enter that one - I think ?!
