Amazon Call Back Service Not Working?

Hi All,

Trying to get a call back from Amazon from account health dashboard, just does not work. Anyone having this issue or know how to fix it?

Try going to 'Help > Get Support > Selling on Amazon > Type anything in the box > Choose ‘issue not listed’ > Choose ‘Account Related’ > Option for Email, Phone or Live Chat should appear.

Whether the call back function will work or not I don’t know but that’s the way I normally get through to the phone option if you ever do need it :slight_smile:

The best advice I can give you is try at different times of the day and use a landline number as Amazon’s system is more likely to accept this than a callback requested on a mobile or forwarding number, where blocks can be put in place.
