I have a problem, actually 2 problems.
First problem, in identification sector we have "Review your country of establishment and business type", I clicked Update Now, I chose the business location and type and clicked Continue, after that I still have the same "Update Now" like I didn't update anything. I will upload the screenshot.

Second problem, in the same identification sector we have "Business and Contact Information" I entered everything, then I should wait for the PIN code, nothing received, to know that everything is okay with my phone number I already receive notifications and OTP code while logging in, the problem is the PIN code that I don't get even if I wait for hours. I will upload the screenshot. (I tried Call Instead but same problem)

I sent many emails to Amazon Support and Amazon verification, they answer me wrongly, they don't even answer me on my question.
my phone number and my email are the only and unique ones I don't use other numbers or emails.
I really need an exact answer please help me I am blocked for many months.
Just to know I created my sellercentral account 2 years ago, verification, identification, everything was great, then I didn't connect just these months and they told me they need verifying again due to a long disconnection.
