Do NOT use EZI Returns

Just a heads up for anyone trying different companies to return items from EU FBA.

We tried EZI returns - they do not live up to their name…

We have been asking for our returns to be shipped since 1st Feb. Was told, two consoldated boxes, then we chased, - in the meantime more was sent to them (I have now cancelled the last of the FBA removal),

Last week I was told it would be coming back on a pallet THIS WEEK. (despite them saying they filled boxes to 30kg and sent each time) - I did not want it waiting for a pallet

now we are told we have to wait AROUND ANOTHER TWO WEEKS for a consolidated shipment

They do not answer the phone, no chat function, and simply lie on emails, and say wait more time.

Save yourself the trouble, and use another company… (unless I have been really unlucky and they are normally good???)
