In "manage Inventory" it says my shipping cost is $0.00, I'm sure it used to give a price here?

In "manage Inventory" it says my shipping cost is $0.00, I'm sure it used to give a price here?

Admittedly I have messed about with settings, I set up 2 shipping templates, one says $4.95 for shipping cost the other $14.95, yet my listing just says I get $0

Is this correct? I have recently converted to FBA but was expecting to see $4.95 or the default FBA shipping price.

If the listing is FBA, then there is no shipping price.
Prime = Free delivery to the customer.
