Will NOT save listings

I am a new seller trying to list one of my products.

Each time I get to the end of listing the platform will not save my listing.

Anyone else experienced this?

Its poor for like most people I dont have the time to spare keep filling in the listings.

However they soon took my money but no listings.

Tried to communicate to Amazon no one wants to know.

Am I on my own?

It sounds like you’re doing something wrong, is there a yellow triangle or warning message you can share?

Check your keywords…if you’ve used more than 255 bytes (too many keywords), then the listing will not save…you can check via this type of thing…(copy/paste in your current keywords)… https://mothereff.in/byte-counter

Are you trying to add a product in a category that has restrictions on it or needs approval?

A seller normally lists under an existing product if there is an exact match on the system. However if it is your own product (ie manufactured by you) and/or never has been listed on Amazon before, then you can create a new product listing by following the prompts in the Add a new product system.
You will need GS1 bought barcodes (EAN) identification numbers or an exemption if applicable to create a new product listing.

Hi thanks for the info.

It is my own product and I have my own bar codes.

I go onto add a new product however I have not noticed add a new product systems?
