Read onlyHi,
We have a non-straightforward case we require assistance with. We have already opened two cases and opted for response by email without satisfactory resolution.
So instead as a first escalation, we want to use the call-back option however we are keen to avoid somebody from the Asian call centre and would prefer to speak to a native English speaker as it will be difficult to articulate the issue with a foreign speaker.
Is there a certain time of day when we would be more likely to get a UK support member or is it always Asia?
TIA,
Steven
You will be hard-pushed to get through to a UK or Irish support agent at any time of the day. But logic says that there is a better than zero chance if you call during UK working hours.
I'm fairly certain we've always spoken to agents outside the UK.
That being said, I doubt even if they were UK based - they are not likely to be any more help.
You'd be better posting the issue on here - moderators maybe able to offer guidance.
