Im new to amazon after adding my first product i am getting this message under search supressed

Request selling approval for policy compliance

Reason: Product requires approval to sell.

When i click it, it says "We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Other Human Ingestible products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)"

My product is not a health and personal care catergory. after reading the forums i can see things related to brand however this is an unbranded (generic) item. Please help

I have recently added three COSRX products' listing on Amazon seller’s account, while adding the product I did not face any problem with approval requirements (I uploaded the invoice of my supplier). After I placed the order and delivered the product in Amazon warehouse, it was available for selling. I put it there for £20. However, price for this product went down to £11 and I got a notification from amazon to drop the price to £16 compete but I still kept it £20.

Now, the price are again raised to £18.5 and most of the sellers are not in the list. only 4 sellers (there were about 10 sellers before) are there out of which 2 are amazon and amazon EU, 1 is cosrx itselt, fourth is some FBA seller.

Now for me, the listing showing inactive status which I clicked the Request approval button then this message is appeared “we are not accepting applications to sell” as a beginner I don’t know what to do.

Please advise…

Can someone help me please. I was selling a product since last year , as I had to change the manufacturer name, seller account support team advised I should delete the listing and re-list after 24h with correct manufacturer. Neither could I change the manufacturer name nor can I sell the product as it need a approval. when clicking on request submit. nothing happens. I have now stranded inventory as I thought I can start selling it again after 24h. seller account support team can't solve my problem. anyone had the same issue?
