Feature Request: Report an Address for Correction

I see a LOT of malformed addresses so my request is an option to report an address/order so someone at Amazon can fix the address for the order - and probably notify the customer to avoid future delivery problems.

One I am currently looking at with the city and state repeated twice including within the street line. Sometimes buyers are leaving instructions for delivery drivers within the street address. Often buyers are, frankly, idiots.

The problem is the addresses are scanned by postal computers and when they fail an address verification often get sent back for having an invalid address. Apparently, there is no human involvement.

For my stickers where there is no tracking anyway I can manually fix the address when buying 1st class postage off Amazon. But for orders > $10 and packages requiring tracking I usually cancel to avoid the INR headache and time suck with A2Z claims always requiring appeals that are not always reimbursed for delivery issues.

I used to contact customers about their address but the response rate was very low so it was not worth my time. Anyway, this is Amazon at fault for allowing customers to use addresses with obvious problems.

I have cancellations seemingly every day - orders Amazon could easily have happy customers for and get a payment if there was a way to get an invalid address fixed. Not sure why Amazon wouldn't want to have valid address, both for its use and to reduce the time and cost it incurs in handling A2Z claims and appeals - and to just plain have happy customers which is supposed to be the overriding goal.
