UPS / Amazon - BOL

Hi,

I am in a difficult situation, and can’t work out where to go next.

I sent a pallet to amazon, with 15 items on. Only 1 of these items were “received”, despite 15 of them being “located”

I presumed that I had sent the wrong items. I have two ASINS that look very similar, with only a subtle difference on the box. I noted this in my reconcillation tab.

Since then, I’ve had nothing but trouble. My pallet still shows as 15 “located” but one received. Each time I raise an issue with Amazon support, I am told thay because I “acknowledged” I had sent 14 items less, the case is closed and the shipment is correct. Each time they disregard everything I say and send what seems to be a template reply.

I am now trying to find my BOL to give some proof of the items I sent, because amazon now say they only received 3.9kg (each item is around this). This is despite them “locating” 15 items.

When I try to find my BOL, amazon tell me to go to UPS (their partnered carrier) with my amazon reference number. When I go to UPS, they say they cannot find anything without a “tracking number” that amazon should provide. Amazon is unable to provide me with this.

I am therefore left without a BOL, without my items, and without any proof of postage!

any help/suggestions would be much appreciated.

The tracking number is on your shipping queue.

Ok, the BOL is basically just your Proof of delivery.
If you used UPS, then they will be able to provide it to you.
Just ensure that what they give you is actually stamped by Amazon. Without that stamp, it is useless.
The tracking reference, will be on the shipment itself. As you have used the partnered carrier, it should populate the field automatically.
But if you still have a copy of the pallet label, the number is on there as well.

This only tracking number I have is an “Amazon Reference Number” - each time I provide this to UPS, they tell me it is “not a tracking number” and say they can’t help.

It will look something like: 1ZA1Y4896830341656

and you can find it when you go to ‘track shipment’ under your FBA shipments

Email UPS customer service and they send the BOL out pretty quickly
