Brand removed from Brand Registry
Hi,
I logged into brandregistry.amazon.com after a while today and noticed that my registered brand is not appearing under the 'My Brands' section.
I double checked and saw that the brand is appearing in Seller Central and in the Amazon transparency portal, however, on brandregistry.amazon.com it has been removed. When I raised a case with seller support, they replied with a template message saying that the brand does not belong to me (which is not possible).
I registered this brand 5 years ago on Amazon and have all the access, and suddenly it has been removed from the Brand Registry page. Why is this happening? How do I fix this?

Hi @Seller_TD9zNDACLcejb,
Since your brand is still visible in Seller Central and Transparency but not in Brand Registry, here's what might help:
The Brand Registry help page (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GQCYJTBSFZK8HGN6) has a helpful note about situations like this. Under the "Accepted trademark statuses" section, it mentions that for brands enrolled with a trademark, you should:
- Check your trademark status at https://brandregistry.amazon.com/manage-ip
- If the status isn't showing correctly there, reach out to Brand Support (not regular seller support) at https://brandregistry.amazon.com/cu/contact-us and choose "Update your trademark status" from the dropdown menu
I know you've already tried seller support, but Brand Support might be better equipped to help with this specific situation since they handle trademark-related issues.
Hope this helps get your brand back on track! Let us know how it goes.
Best regards, Michael

Hi @Seller_TD9zNDACLcejb
My name is Sandy from the Community Manager team.
I looked into the brand that is connected to your account used here on forums and I'm able to see it. (Brand Green****)
Is this question regarding another brand? If yes, please create a brand registry support case or seller support case. Thank you.
