FBA Vendor Returns with No Details (From Ledger)

FBA Vendor Returns with No Details (From Ledger)

I've found numerous cases where there are units missing from my FBA Inventory (Labeled as Vendor Returns), but no tracking details or indication of liquidation is specified in the Removal Shipments reports.

As a result, Amazon appears to be deducting inventory from our ledger with no explanation.

Can anyone from Amazon address this?
