Inventory Performance Index not showing
I have had a professional account for over 3 years now and I never been able to see my .co.uk IPI score despite always seeing the four component metrics.
I now have Unlimited storage but the error message ‘There is insufficient historical data to calculate your IPI’ is still showing where the live IPI should be.
I had no indicative score email in mid-August and Seller Support said at the time that they couldn’t resend.
Is it worth asking Seller Support about this given how unhelpful they were before? Does anyone else have this situation?

Are you already doing FBA? Because the dashboard will only show once you have several months of data available which Amazon can use to calculate the score.
The message which you posted indicates that you currently don’t have enough data for them to display the IPI score for you.
There is absolutely nothing wrong about it or to worry about since you have the “UNLIMITED” storage.

Very good idea as I have had some browser issues. Sadly it didn’t work though. Thanks anyway
