Delivery Label Adjustment Fee, Now Losing Money - Done Nothing Wrong?

Just noticed we have been charged an extra £3 on multiple orders for an adjustment fee. Which is more than double the original label fees of £2.95.

Our Customer Entered Dimensions & Weight are exactly the same as the Carrier-Audited Dimensions & Weight.

This seems totally unfair as we haven't entered or lied about any of the dimensions?

In theory we are now losing money on all these orders as this is a low priced item.

Do I have to ask Seller Support for re-imbursement?
