Amazon keep changing our price

We sell well known branded baby care products and for Huggies bed mats we put our price in, say £18.90, 15 mins later we see it on Amazon correctly but between one and two hours later the price mysteriously increases to £20.50. Any ideas why and how we can stop this from happening?

What you are seeing “on Amazon” is the shared buy box, showing offers of other sellers listing against the same product detail page (PDP) and increasing in price. (AKA Featured offer)

Thank you for your post and for using the forums.

I can confirm that Amazon would not change your product price.

There are uploads being submitted to your account by a third party that you would have given authorisation to. I can see the price update for the product this morning to £20.50 was submitted by them.
I would recommend that you speak with them to review the pricing submissions they are uploading to your account.

If you need further information regarding the uploads please create a case with seller support through your account.
