Another Seller Has The Same Brand Name

Hi,

I have created some new listings in Seller Central using a brand name which I own the trademark for and have fully registered into my Amazon brand registry.

However, when I try to edit my listings I receive this message:

“You need approval to list this brand.”

It turns out another seller has the exact same brand name as mine registered with Amazon and therefore it is causing confusion in the system.

The seller with the same brand name as me is listing products not inside the classes in which they have registered against their trademark.

If anyone experienced anything similar or has a suggestion on how we can resolve this issue it would be very much appreciated.
