I'm encountering an issue with my products being sold through Amazon FBA. We're sending out our branded products, but some customers are applying for refunds and returning fake or counterfeit versions of our items. It seems like Amazon is automatically issuing refunds without verifying whether the returned product is authentic.
This is not only frustrating but also concerning for our brand. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, is there any way to prevent or resolve it? I'm looking for advice on how to handle this situation effectively, especially when dealing with Amazon support.
