Partial Refund for Refused Delivery
Is there a way to issue a refund for the purchase price only for an FBM product that came back as "No Mail Receptable"? When I tried to issue a refund, the only partial refunds allowed are for seller errors, and not for undeliverable packages.

I realize "undeliverable" is not listed in the Return Reason codes for Prepaid Returns so I can understand the confusion with this return. However, if the item is undeliverable and it is sent back to you, a full refund to the customer is expected as a courtesy to the customer.
