I need some assistance with my account.
I have been selling on the Amazon platform for 3+ years now.
In the past few weeks, without any warning, violations, or notification, I am not featured offer eligible on listings that other FBM sellers are.
My pricing is competitive, my shipping stats are all up to par, and my inventory is in stock.
I have contacted Amazon support regarding the issue, but they do not see any issues with my account or the inventory.
I have seen success from other sellers on this forum with a similar issue, where their issue was resolved after an escalation to Amazon's internal Buy Box team. I am asking for your help in getting escalating my case and getting in contact with the team.
Please, let me know how to proceed with this issue.
