I'm facing an issue with my brand that I hope someone can help me with. I recently enrolled my brand in the Amazon Brand Registry and received confirmation of the successful registration. However, despite this, my brand is not appearing in my Brand Registry account, and I think either my account has been removed from the brand or there has been a glitch within the system.
I am the registered owner of the brand, with a valid trademark, but I seem to have lost access to manage and protect my brand on Amazon. This is hindering my ability to perform necessary brand management tasks.
I've contacted Amazon Brand Registry Support and provided all the relevant details and documentation, but the issue remains unresolved.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? If so, how did you manage to resolve it? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
