TOTAL BALANCE AMOUNT IS INCORRECT

I have confirmed FBM orders yesterday. It is been 1 days and still total balance is not updated. Just half of them added on total balance. It is really ridiculous ! Where is money ????

According to the help pages about delivery-based payments (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GLRNLZDAKHDBBVBY), you can check the status of your transactions by:

  1. Going to Payments > Transaction view
  2. Selecting "Transaction Status" as "Deferred transactions" from the dropdown
  3. Clicking Update

This will show you:

  • All transactions currently held
  • The reason for each hold
  • Expected payment release dates

For FBM orders, transactions typically appear as "deferred" until delivery is confirmed, plus a reserve period. This is normal and helps ensure funds are available for any potential returns or claims.
