i got the above message from amazon while account verification....my listings are managed by someone from india.what should be my answer to amazon so that my account remains safe and active?
plz help as i am worried that my answer might result in account suspension.

The answer should be the truth and nothing else. So give them an exact list of who accesses your account and the location they are in.
If it is just the one person in India then let them know that. Have you set this person up a secondary user or are they using the main account? If they are using your main account this maybe why Amazon have flagged it.

Anyone accessing the account must have their own log in credentials under Amazon's agreement with all sellers. So you can grant them access but they must have their own log in, which also requires them to be identified

Just to complement, please check Set and edit User Permissions where it's stated that You can provide access to your account to others - like employees, co-owners, or contractors - by inviting them to your account as secondary users.
