How to remove a seller from my Listing?
Sir last year in Dec I launched my PL product, and i got pretty good sales. But a week ago another seller was attached to my listing and start selling the product. As its my first launch I didn't register my brand yet. I don't know how to remove that seller, at first I thought to send a message but then I read an article that its against Amazon's policies to send messafes to other sellers. I'm paying high amount for my PPC and this seller is taking sales on my expense. Kindly help me in this regard.

Hello, I am not a Sir but a woman, an other seller in this forum, if it doesn't bother you. Buy this product from the other seller and then complain as customer to Amazon, that it doesn't match with the product description. If you don't live in the country you sell in, find someone on a platform to do this for you. Amazon will do nothing in such cases if you complain as a seller.

You can do a test buy and report it as counterfeit if the product is materially different from yours. If it isn't and you have a generic listing then there's not really much you can do until you go through brand registry.

Hi @Seller_qoVnfGnDxGTcY, I recommend you apply for Brand Registry in order to protect your brand. There are many helpful articles on Seller Central about this, but here is a good place to start. Let me know if you have any questions about registering!
