I am a new seller and I have created a new business account trying to verify my account. Amazon asked few documents and after I uploaded everything they asked, I received a message in the performance notification that I needed to schedule a video call in order real person to verify my account. and I have a completed video call verification I showed my documents which were representative asked for,

After two days I receive this email

Dear Seller,

We were unable to verify the information you provided when registering for a Selling on Amazon payment account and, as a result, your Selling on Amazon payment account could not be opened. Unfortunately, this means that you will not be able to continue to sell on Amazon.

Please take appropriate steps to resolve any open orders. Note that any amounts paid as a result of A-to-z Guarantee claims and chargebacks may be deducted from the balance in your existing Seller Account.

After that I tried several times to re-upload my documents but I keep getting the same email.

How do I reactivate my account?

How to complete the identity verification through a video call

  2. Click "Select Account."

  3. On the "Identity Verification" page, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the verification process.

How to prepare for the video call

  1. Prepare the original copy of the identity document that you submitted for registration on Amazon, and have it available before the video call starts.

  2. Make sure that you are joining the video call from a device that has the following features:

– A front-facing camera

– A stable and reliable internet connection

– Safari browser or Google Chrome browser, depending on your device’s operating system

  1. Enable your camera and microphone when the browser requests your permission.

Recording notice

The video call may be monitored or recorded for training and quality assurance purposes. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

You are not allowed to take photos of the associate or record the video call.

my all documents are authorized legit and unaltered

They usually ask for your ltd company documents as well as a utility bill in your own name and residential address in Pakistan

If these , and your ID don’t match what you entered on amazon, you will fail verification
