Read onlyI started the SFP trial a couple of weeks ago, it would be only for a few products that would benefit from the Prime badge. I sold 21 orders of the 25 to qualify and suddenly yesterday afternoon it stopped. If I look at the dashboard, it looks fine, I have a score of 100% for delivery on time, 100% and 0% cancellation, no warnings or emails at all. But then when I look at the registered SKUs there is nothing there and it appears I need to register again. As I am already registered, it doesn't allow me to register again. Therefore if someone buys any of those products they are all Standard. I contacted Seller Support but I am not counting on it, has anyone else ever had this problem? Thanks
I got this reply:
"In order to be eligible you will have to process at least 25 prime orders, with a less than 0.5% order-cancellation rate and 99% on-time shipment rate. This requirement is subject to changing at Amazon’s discretion.
And right now you have not met the requirement so you are not able to enter in the eligibility criteria.
Once you become eligible you might try again to enter in Amazon Seller fulfilled prime."
I got 22 orders in 2 weeks all my metrics are fine, everything was fine and I needed 3 orders to qualify and I would have got them today but by then the Prime option was gone. It still says "Programme Status : Prime Trial Your products will not display Prime badge during Prime Trial."
How can anyone qualify if they suddenly stop the trial out of the blue? All my account health metrics are fine, I can't see any reason to stop it.
Silly me that I wasted more time with Amazon.
I don't even bother to tag the mods as they rarely reply.
