HELP!!! HELP!!!!!!!! Lost buy box!
HI @Spencer_Amazon, I recently registered this account and used Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to stock multiple ASINs, including B0CRYC666D and B0CS322JZB. Despite these listings being active, I have noticed that none of my products have a Buy Box available.
This lack of Buy Box visibility is significantly affecting my sales, and I am concerned that it might be related to the status of my new account or some other underlying issue. It is possible that there could be account verification delays, restrictions associated with new accounts, or other factors impacting Buy Box eligibility.
I would greatly appreciate your support in investigating this matter and advising on any necessary steps to resolve the Buy Box availability issue across my entire account.
Please fix this ASAP.

This ASIN has sold over 20 units, but the Buy Box is still not available on the frontend.

From what I can tell there are multiple sellers on B0CRYC666D. B0CS322JZB is not available and from what I can tell, appears to be the same product as B0CRYC666D so not sure why there are two ASINs anyway.
The other ASIN you have listed is also not available at the moment.
Do note as a new seller, you need to build up a sales history before being eligible for the featured offer. This applies to different sales levels in different categories.

It's not clear what your issue is. Buy box eligibility or buy box placement?
Note that failure to get the buy box while eligible is not an issue. It's working as intended.

When I checked the ASIN of B0CRYC666D. There are 2 seller in the list for a long time. Also, their listing has only one product. It seems the product is Priviate Lable and they do not want to list anyone expect thierself.
You should be carefull before listing if there are 1 or 2 seller in the list. Probably, they reported you to the Amazon.
I suggest you to open a case to Amazon and remove the related product from sales. Take care.

I can't get a buy box even if my price is 5 euros lower than the current winner. And another new asin I created myself which is already sold out: B0D7ZTZ683 is also never getting a buy box

Im a little confused - if you are selling out then why worry about getting the buy box? The item must be selling ok anyway without getting the buy box and you cant sell more than you stock.
Gaining buy box depends on many factors price, delivery speed, reviews, account metrics, to name a few. I'm fairly sure your new seller status will also be effecting it.
