FBA - Title, Bullet Points, Description - What are the character/byte limits?

I’m creating my first listing and I’m struggling to find what limits we have on Titles, bullet points and descriptions. Do Amazon use bytes or characters now - I’ve tried looking in the Style Guide for Pet Supplies but have had no luck?

Titles:

Summary

Amazon has four main criteria for product titles:

  1. Titles must not exceed 200 characters, including spaces.
  2. Titles must not contain promotional phrases, such as “free shipping”, “100% quality guaranteed”.
  3. Titles must not contain characters for decoration, such as ~ ! * $ ? _ ~ { } # < > | * ; ^ ¬ ¦
  4. Titles must contain product-identifying information, such as “hiking boots” or “umbrella”.

Bullets:

Summary

Maximum Length: 256 characters (recommended 1000 total for all bullets)

Descriptions:

Summary

Maximum Length: 2000 (assume this is characters but it isn’t defined)
