Marketplace Still Inactive After Successful Interview – Need Guidance
Hello everyone,
I’m facing an issue related to KYC verification on my Amazon UK seller account, and I would like to share my situation for advice.
I successfully completed the Amazon verification interview on 11-07-2025, and my account was reactivated and shows as healthy. However, under Business Information / Identity Information, my marketplace is still inactive, and I cannot proceed with selling.
To resolve this, I have already provided:
1. UTR letter showing my registered company details
2. Business bank account under my company’s name
3. Certificate of Incorporation
4. Memorandum of Association
Even after submitting these documents and passing the interview, the marketplace remains inactive.
In addition, I have repeatedly received the same email from apuk-seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk saying “Hello, we are currently reviewing the documents that you gave” on the following dates:
17 July 2025
24 July 2025
07 August 2025
11 August 2025 (received twice on this date)
Despite receiving these emails multiple times, there has been no progress or further instructions.
Recently, I even contacted managingdirector@amazon.com to escalate my case, but I am still waiting for further guidance.
I have completed all required verification steps, but my marketplace is still inactive under Business Information. I kindly request this issue to be escalated for urgent review and resolution

I checked and saw your Amazon Payments Account information is verified and you can start selling on Amazon.

I am facing the very same issue with my account and have raised seller support tickets to no success.
