Seller identity verification

hello everyone,
i have been trying to get the seller identity verification done for so long now,
i have provided the required documents for verification,
first i was asked for passport which i have provided, and then the national id card as well, but the verification is still pending,
now the problem is that the amazon supprt team is keep telling me to correct the expiry date in the seller central, which i tried many times to put back the passport details instead of the National Id card details, but it is not updating, no matter how many times i try the passport, when i save it changes back to the ID card details.
i have created a Limited company with the hmrc in the uk and is connected to the seller central,
and my account is individual yet i have not upgraded.
kindly help me get the verification process done
