Read onlyIn the last month we have had an influx of customers in France, Germany, Italy etc messaging us to say they have been charged a customs fee to receive their order. We are MFN and send all orders via International Tracked with IOSS number. It did occur to me that this may have something to do with the change in IOSS number for Europe? Anyone else having this problem?
We havent had any. Are your orders possibly over the threshold for marketplace facilitator?
