Please assist in removing negative seller feedback(Product Review)
Hello,
I am creating a new thread in hopes of getting assistance in removing a seller feedback received from a buyer that is actually a product review. Buyer's failure to read product description and instructions on back of each item caused this buyer to leave a product review on our seller's feedback page.
I tried getting it removed multiple times thru Feedback Manager, but same Seller Support Rep kept responding with same cut and paste answer instead of reading my explanation for removal.
