The MCF order delivered in a damaged package with missing contents.
I have an MCF order where the customer reported that they received an opened package with missing contents. Amazon Logistics despatched the delivery, but the contents went missing, and the package was delivered empty. I reported to Amazon with all images as evidence, but dealing with Amazon is an exercise in stress. They keep insisting that the tracking shows were delivered yet aren't cooperating with the theft. This is a rediclus behaviour from Amazon, and this is the third order in a month where Amazon has refused to assist. They have a double standard in their policy when dealing with MCF and FBA orders. They just care about FBA orders and will not help you in MCF.
Could someone please advise on how to deal with amaozn in this situation?
